- Your rollator's serial number — found on a sticker on the frame, typically on the underside of the seat or on the crossbar
- Your proof of purchase — your order confirmation email from us works perfectly
- Your contact details — name, email address, and postal address
How to Register Your ByACRE Rollator
- Go to the ByACRE warranty registration page: Visit byacre.com/eu/register-warranty directly.
- Select your rollator model from the drop-down list (e.g., Carbon Ultralight, Carbon Ultralight+ or Carbon Overland).
- Enter your serial number exactly as it appears on the label affixed to your rollator.
- Fill in your personal details including your name, email address, and country.
- Provide your proof of purchase — your order confirmation email from Elderly Care Products is accepted as valid proof.
- Submit the form. ByACRE will send you a confirmation email once your warranty has been successfully registered.

If you ordered your ByACRE rollator from Elderly Care Products, your order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. You can find this in your inbox from when you placed your order. If you need a copy, log into your account on our store or contact our team and we'll resend it.
