Elderly Care Products Limited ships orders directly to customers throughout Ireland. We provide clear delivery timeframes, transparent shipping costs, and accurate product availability information in line with Irish and EU consumer law.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery (Ireland): €9.95
  • Orders over €99: Free Shipping
  • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Timeframes

We offer Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

Order processing and dispatch:

  • Standard delivery within Ireland typically takes 3–7 business days in total, including order processing and transit time.
  • Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on product availability, courier operations, and fulfilment location.

Business days refer to Monday–Friday excluding Irish public holidays.

Orders are shipped by reputable carriers. The carrier used depends on product size and the fulfilment centre location. Couriers we frequently use include GLS and An Post.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please contact us immediately at info@elderlycareproducts.ie if:

  • Your parcel is delayed
  • Tracking information is missing or incorrect
  • You receive damaged goods
  • You receive the wrong item

We will work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Orders

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

Returns and Cooling-Off Rights
