6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the Republic of Ireland. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once a parcel is handed to the courier.

7. Faulty Goods – EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer legislation.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@elderlycareproducts.ie with photos and your order number.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

Your rights regarding returns, the 14-day cooling-off period, and return conditions are set out clearly in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
