How do I place an order?
Browse our categories, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Your shipping cost (if any) will be shown before you confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use secure global payment systems. All available options will be shown during checkout.


Shipping & Delivery (Ireland)

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes—“Delivered Across Ireland.” We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland only.

How much is delivery?

  • Standard Delivery (Ireland): €9.95

  • Orders over €99: Free shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery timing begins once your order is dispatched.

Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Items may ship from different locations depending on the product, so delivery times can vary slightly. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Do orders include tracking?
Most orders include tracking, and a link will be emailed when available. Some low-value items may ship without tracking depending on the courier method used.

What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Contact us at info@elderlycareproducts.ie as soon as possible (include your order number) so we can liaise with our fulfilment partners and resolve it quickly.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional delivery charges may apply if the issue was due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Within the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off/right-of-withdrawal period under EU consumer law, within our 30-day window.

What condition must items be in to return them?
Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals/tags included, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email info@elderlycareproducts.ie with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and packaging instructions.

Who pays return shipping?
If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect, we will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate resolution in line with EU consumer rights.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Inspect your order on delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Are there items you can’t accept back?
For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened personal hygiene products or medical/health items with hygiene seals. We also cannot accept perishable goods, personalised/custom-made items, or gift cards. If you’re unsure, contact us first.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes—exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order once the return is accepted.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, contact us.
