TurnMATE Dynamic Anti-Decubitus Mattress with Alternating Pressure, Repositioning Function & Remote Control
The TurnMATE is a medical-grade alternating pressure mattress system with an integrated position-changing function. Built from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) — a material combining the flexibility of rubber with the durability of plastic — the system continuously alternates pressure across transversal air chambers to support tissue perfusion during extended periods of bed rest. Suitable for home and clinical settings, it supports users up to 200 kg and is CE marked as a medical device.
Automatic Repositioning
The TurnMATE incorporates controlled left and right rotation functions, cyclically adjusting the user's position without manual intervention. The left/right rotation cycle runs on a structured pattern — 20 minutes of lateral rotation, 40 minutes of standard operation — repeated continuously. Individual left or right rotation can also be selected as needed.
Head and Leg Elevation
Dedicated head-up and foot-up functions inflate additional air chambers to raise the head or leg sections independently. A combined seat inflation function raises both sections simultaneously. All elevation functions operate in Sleep mode and adjust to the set pressure level based on user weight.
Three Operating Modes
The compressor offers three selectable modes to suit different care requirements:
- Alternate mode — continuous, cyclical inflation and deflation of air chambers across zones A and B, with adjustable cycle times of 10, 15, or 20 minutes. Pressure automatically adjusts based on the set user weight.
- Sleep mode — all air cells inflate evenly to the set pressure level without alternating cycles, maintaining a stable static surface.
- Nurse mode — static inflation for convenient access during care or clinical procedures. The system automatically reverts to Alternate mode after 30 minutes.
Weight-Based Pressure Adjustment
User weight is set directly on the control panel within a range of 40–200 kg, with fine adjustment available in 10 kg increments. The compressor automatically calculates and maintains the appropriate pressure level for the selected weight, with a pressure range of 25–55 mmHg.
CPR Function
Pulling the yellow CPR strap immediately deflates all mattress chambers via the safety valve, allowing unobstructed access for resuscitation or emergency procedures. The valve can be reclosed to return the mattress to normal operation.
Remote Control & Panel Lock
All functions are accessible via the included wireless remote control. The control panel locks automatically after 60 seconds of inactivity, preventing accidental setting changes. The panel lock can also be activated manually.
Quiet Operation
The compressor operates at 37 dB, making it suitable for use in shared or quiet environments without significant noise disruption.

Usage Notes
This mattress system is for use under medical supervision. Pressure settings and suitability should be confirmed with a healthcare professional prior to use. The compressor must remain switched on during use as it continuously manages airflow across all chamber groups. Each session requires the startup inflation procedure to be completed before the mattress is ready for use.
