TriMATE Care Foam Anti-Decubitus Mattress – 200 × 90 × 15 cm, 250 kg Capacity
The TriMATE Care is a medical-grade foam mattress with a waffle-shaped polyurethane construction and a washable, vapour-permeable zippered cover. The waffle profile creates continuous air channels across the sleeping surface, promoting airflow and supporting even pressure distribution across all contact points. CE marked and compliant with EU Medical Device Regulation MDR 2017/745.
3-Layer Foam Construction
The mattress comprises three distinct foam layers, each with a different density rating, working together to balance support, ventilation, and pressure redistribution:
- Bottom layer — 28D — provides a firm, stable base
- Middle layer — 25D — acts as a transitional layer, absorbing and distributing load
- Top layer — 30D — delivers a supportive yet adaptive contact surface that conforms to body contours
This graduated density structure distributes body weight across the full surface area, reducing concentrated pressure at any single contact point.
Waffle Profile
The waffle-shaped foam surface creates a network of recessed channels that allow continuous air circulation across the mattress. This passive ventilation system helps maintain airflow between the foam surface and the cover throughout use.
Vapour-Permeable Cover
The zippered cover is made from a vapour-permeable material that allows moisture to pass through rather than accumulate at the surface. The cover is removable for washing and can be cleaned using the following methods:
- Machine washable at up to 90°C (foam insert removed)
- Sterilisable at up to 120°C
- Disinfectable with alcohol solution up to 60% concentration
- Do not use bleach, chlorine-based chemicals, or chemical cleaning agents
- Dry flat in an unfolded state

Usage Notes
This mattress is for use under medical supervision and should be sized to match the bed frame. The mattress should be laid flat after unpacking and allowed to return to its original shape before use. The foam core should not be machine washed. Store away from direct sunlight, water, and moisture.
