Application:
Gently tilt your head forward.
Position the nozzle at the opening of the nasal cavity, angled toward the outer side of the nostril.
Press the sprayer and inhale gently. Exhale through your mouth, then remove the nozzle from your nostril.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
For common colds or nasal swelling due to allergies in adults, use the nasal spray 2-6 times a day for 1-2 seconds each time. For children aged 4 to 12 years, use 2-3 times a day. Allow the excess solution to flow down the mucous membrane in the nose, then blow your nose. After use, clean the nozzle and dry it. For hygiene reasons, each spray should be used by only one person.
