1) Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order is delivered within the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for any reason.

5) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with photos and order details. We will arrange a suitable resolution in line with your rights under Irish and EU consumer law (repair, replacement, or refund).
6) Return Shipping
Return shipping is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where a prepaid return is provided, instructions will be included with your approval email. We recommend using a tracked service for any return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
